1. Our FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE is ALWAYS $12.95 per order. No matter how much you buy, the shipping charge remains $12.95 per order. We ship UPS ONLY and need a valid street address (NOT a P.O. Box) for delivery.
2. The MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT is for $50.00 worth of merchandise.
3. We ship only within the continental U.S.A. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any foreign country.
4. Return Policy: We DO NOT accept returns - All Sales are FINAL.
5. The only yarns, and colors we offer for mail order are listed in the Internet Yarn Sale Section of our website. We DO NOT handle special requests for any other yarns or colors.
6. Store sale yarns are available only in our store during the sale dates.
